A evolução da teoria da relatividade lingüística e a interface língua-cultura no ensino de línguas estrangeiras
Abstract
Taking as a starting point the linguistic relativity principle initially proposed by Benjamin Lee Whorf, still revisited by different theorists in different areas, this text briefly reviews what has been studied about the relationship among language, thought and culture, and its relevance to foreign language teaching.
